Paul doesn’t want us to discuss his status as a world class gripper, so out of respect, we aren’t going to mention that here. In 2006, Paul began his career in the oil and gas industry as a title agent in his home state of Texas. Within six months he had transitioned into property rights acquisitions which is where he’s been focused for most of his career. In May of 2010, he secured a leadership position in ROW and has helped manage teams in the Barnett, Haynesville, and Utica shale plays. He has represented some of the largest midstream companies in the nation. In 2016, he joined Halo Land Management as Vice President of ROW and has helped to grow a successful, talent-driven team. In recognition of his work, a pipeline was named after him, the “Knight Pipeline”, an inlet that runs North/South and ties into the Harrison Hub Facility, Harrison County, Ohio. When Paul isn’t spending time with his three children and wife, Brooke, he is usually busy working with his son’s wrestling team. He moved from Texas to Ohio in 2012 and owns a farm filled with numerous chickens and goats. He enjoys working out and staying healthy – minus the McDonald’s burrito habit.
